Land of Knights Rules and Regulations

1. Land of Knights is the property of TBAB Gaming and is a privately owned game in which player participation is a privilege not a right. Any breach of these rules may result in suspension or termination of the player’s participatory privilege without explanation or prior notice.
2. This game is intended to be enjoyed by all players and players are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a proper and lawful manner. Any conduct by a player which in the opinion of the administration does or may diminish the enjoyment of this game by another player is a breach of these rules.
3. Ignorance of these rules is no excuse. If you have an issue please speak to an Assistant or Secretary and they will pass the message onto an Administrator if necessary. If you consider the mail of a sensitive or urgent matter you may mail a Administrator.
4. Players are only allowed to have one account (also known as a “Multi”). Players with two or more accounts will be placed in the Dungeons for a minimum time of 300 days. If one or more people (i.e. another family member) plays Land of Knights from the same computer, you will need to mail an Assistant or you are at risk of being placed in the Dungeons for being a Multi.
5. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Never give out your password to anyone, staff members will never ask for your password. If someone does ask for your password place a Player Report immediately.
6. It is not the role of the Administration to control the manner in which players interact; however we have the ability to monitor exchanges between players. Therefore, where Administration considers player interaction of communications breach the good conduct or other rules, a warning, suspension of termination of the privilege to participate may result.
7. Land of Knights is played by many people of varying ages and as a result swearing is not permitted. However swearing is not reported (unless in public areas such as forums) staff cannot intervene or punish the offender.
8. Any language that is consider by the Administration as racist, sexist, or prejudice in any way will not be tolerated and the offending player will be placed in the Dungeons for a period no shorter than 300 days.
9. Profile images, or other player uploaded images may not contain nudity, profanity or otherwise offensive content. Any player who uploads such images will be punished according to the severity which could include no more than 300 days in the Dungeons.
10. Players usernames with profanity, swearing or otherwise offensive language will not be tolerated. Any player who has such a username will be punished according to the severity which could include no more than 300 days in the Dungeons.
11. Talking about, or advertising other games within Land of Knights are not permitted and offenders will be punished with a Dungeon sentence of no less than 300 days.
12. Harassing other players is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to repeatedly mailing or attacking another player. Harassing a player can result in a Dungeon sentence of no more than 300 days.
13. If you believe another player is breaking the rules or otherwise cheating, file a Player Report. Please include a detailed description of what you believe the player has done and if possible include the game time it occurred. Fraudulent Player Reports or lying to staff members is a punishable offence of up to 10 days in the Dungeons.
14. Any player who scams, or attempts to scam another player will be placed in the Dungeons for no more than 300 days.
15. Selling of Gems over the price cap (5,000,000,000 Gold Coins) is not permitted and offenders will be punished with a sentence of no more than 300 days in the Dungeons according to severity.
16. If a friend or family member is in the Dungeons do not ask staff members to release them. They must email fedjail@landofknights.com.
17. Putting another player as Eldar or Warchief of your Kingdom who is not in your Kingdom is not permitted. Anyone who does this will have their Kingdom deleted and a 5 day Dungeon sentence.
18. Any player exploiting a bug or reverse engineering the game in any matter which includes, but is not limited to, using refreshers or hacking in any matter will be placed in the Dungeons for a sentence not less than 300 days. Depending on the severity further action may be taken which may include contacting law enforcement.
19. Logging into another player’s account is prohibited and doing so will result in all accounts involved being placed in the Dungeons for longer than 300 days.
20. All donations are non-refundable. Reversed donations will result in the offending player’s account being placed in the Dungeons for no less than 300 days.
21. The owners reserve to themselves the sole and exclusive right to engage in any one or more of the activities which comprise the Land of Knights online game, on whatever terms and conditions the owners, in their unrestricted discretion, choose from time to time, and notwithstanding that such terms and conditions may be contrary to game rules applicable to other players.
22. Under no circumstances will the owners or Administrators of the Land of Knights online game be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, including special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, use, or data whether brought in contract or tort, claimed to be suffered by any person or group of persons arising in any way out of or in connection with the posting and/or playing of the Land of Knights online game.
23. To help maintain the integrity of Land of Knights and to assist in managing the game. English is the only language to be used within Land of Knights
24. Multiple people are not permitted to share one or more accounts.
25. These rules are subject to change without notice. Check them from time to time, as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.
